1. Provide a use as defined by the Unified Development Code (UDC).

2. Based on aerial photos the “(E) YARD” called out under Keynote 1 sheet A1.2 was expanded some time after 2021. Zoning was not able to find approved plans for this expansion. Either provide copies of the approved site/DP plans for this expansion with the next submittal or a new development package (DP), UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c, meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
