GENERAL - DEFERRED SUBMITTALS [INFORMATION ONLY]: You have requested a deferred submittal for the prefabricated wood roof trusses and the pre-engineered canopy. Please be advised that we will place an Administrative Hold on the Certificate of Occupancy pending the submittal of the deferred structural drawings as a REVISION. All Revision fees will apply. 3. GENERAL - GEOTECHNICAL REPORT: Please provide a copy of the site-specific geotechnical report referenced in the structural general notes, Sheet FSS0. The report should support the appropriateness of the selected foundation system for the project site. All building code references must be updated to the current code adopted by the City. 4. GENERAL - MISSING DOCUMENTS: The structural general notes, Sheet FSS0, refer to Special Inspections outlined in Project Specifications, Appendix B. No such document has been submitted. Per the 2018 International Building Code, Section 1704.3, a complete statement of special inspections must be submitted with the construction documents. Please provide a completed statement of special inspections, including all items outlined in IBC Section 1704.3.1. 5. FSSC - PROJECT ADDRESS: The address provided on Cover Sheet FSSC does not match the project address on the title block. Construction documents are site-specific and it is not permissible to re-use drawings at multiple locations. Please revise the address on the title block to match the address of the building application. 6. FSS0 - CONFLICTING INFORMATION: Under "Canopy Lateral Loads" on structural general notes Sheet FSS0, ultimate wind speed is called out as 115 mph. This conflicts with the general notes provided by the canopy manufacturer on Sheet FSC1.3 that states that canopies are designed for an ultimate wind speed of 103 mph. Please confirm which notes control and revise to resolve this conflict. 7. FSS1 - CONCRETE REINFORCEMENT: The Concrete Tank Foundation Plan calls a 6" reinforced concrete slab with #3 rebar at 24" oc. This area of steel does not meet the minimum area requirements for Temperature and Shrinkage reinforcement called out in ACI 318, Section 24.4.3.2. Please revise the specified reinforcement to meet the ratio of 0.0018 (Area of steel : Area of concrete) for 60 ksi rebar. 8.
