The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. Please amend and dimension the plans to show the following IBC Section 1012 Ramp requirements. A. Dimension the clear width of a ramp between handrails or other permissible projections shall be 36 inches minimum. IBC 1012.5.1 B. Amend plans to show handrails on each side of the ramp as ramps with a rise greater than 6 inches shall have handrails on both sides. 1012.8 C. Amend plans to show and dimension the edge protection as required by IBC 1012.10 and IBC 1012.10.1 D. Dimension the landings to show a minimum 5’ landing IBC 1012.6.2, 1012.6.3 Please contact me if you have any questions about these comments.
