This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). Protective Service (government owned and operated only) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standard 4.9.13.F. 1. The shade structure plans have been reviewed for compliance with Development Package DP20-0179 and the proposed 35’ x 35’ shade structure does not match what is shown on the DP, 32’ x 32’.
