This letter reflects comments to be addressed. PLEASE send all response to comments back to the City through the permit portal! Responses sent directly to Stantec will be ignored. Also, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please cloud and delta all changes and provide a letter with a written response to each of the comments indicating the action taken. The scope of this review covers the architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical designs as they relate to the codes adopted by the jurisdiction. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. Please indicate that a permanently mounted disposable cup dispenser is installed adjacent to the cooler with the dispensing end between 34” and 48” above the floor. [Ref. City of Tucson Policy 2008-21(E)] STRUCTURAL COMMENTS There are no comments. MECHANICAL COMMENTS There are no comments. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet P1 1. The plumbing plan is missing the water line for the point use water cooler in the reception area as shown on the architectural sheets. 2. The plumbing keynotes for the plumbing plan are cut-off after keynote 10. Please revise and resubmit. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet E2.0 1. Plans indicate what looks to be the garbage disposal switched outlet in the adjacent tenant suite as being connected to circuit 38 in panel L2. The occupants of this suite do not have ready access to the breaker for this branch circuit due to panel L2 being relocated in the proposed tenant improvement suite. Please recircuit this outlet to a panel in this suite. [Ref.
