2. Submit electrical drawings and locate and label the light locations. Submit an image of the light fixtures being used, their lumens as well as the kelvin temperature of the light source.
3. Please resubmit.

This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). Multifamily is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standard 4.9.7.B.6.

1. The approved development package for this site does not show any shade structures within the parking area. A revision to DP20-0153 clearly shown the proposed shade structures is required prior to approval of this building permit.
