This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered design professional. Provide complete electrical plans, design, and calculations, sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304, 2018 IBC section 107.1, 2017 NEC, City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements. 2. Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the detached structure per NEC 690.47. Show the Grounding Conductor’s connection at the modules, mounting and metal support structure. These sheets need to be Sealed by the Electrical Engineer. 3. Show grounding details for the mounting equipment and metal support frame, NEC690.43. >>> Additional comment: 4. Notes on sheets PV4.0 and PV4.1 state that the existing roof mounted solar system will be reduced in size. This comment has not yet been addressed. Per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c, a site plan (development package) is required for building or structure additions such as proposed. A development package that meets the Checklist for Minor Development Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites is required for this proposal: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/minor_changes_to_commercial_industrial_sites_.pdf. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for through the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” Zoning cannot approve TC-COM-0424-00599 until the submitted development package and the parking canopy permitted under TC-COM-0824-01573 have been approved.
