In Billboard Note #3, correct the APN # to reflect the change in the parcel since 2010. 2. In Billboard Note #3, add APN #115-08-007E to reflect the portions of the billboard located on this parcel. 3. In title block (under “project”), revise reference to prior parcel number, as applicable. 4. In aerial photograph underlay site plan, revise west and north property lines of parcel shown in the northwest corner of the site to reflect changes since 2010 and revise affected dimensions accordingly. 5. Revise legal description to reflect change in parcel boundary lines since 2010. Sheet 2 of 2 1. In 1st paragraph In Scope of Work, specify the number, dimensions, and material type/grade of the existing underground conduit, service conductors, and associated parts from the point where sole electrical service to the billboard originates. 2. In 2nd paragraph of scope of work, specify the number, dimensions, and material type/grade of the proposed replacement underground conduit, service conductors, and associated parts from the point where sole electrical service to the billboard is to originate; further demonstrate how such replacement parts meet the like for like requirements of the Stipulation. 3. In 1st and 2nd paragraphs of Scope of Work and Partial Vicinity Map, resolve inconsistency as to whether the billboard electrical service line originates at a pedestal or at a TEP utility pole in or along the 7th Avenue ROW. 4. Delete any electrical runs from the Partial Vicinity Map. 5. Add two respective plan views of the existing and proposed replacement electrical service runs, calling out the number, dimensions, and material type/grade of conduit, service conductors, and associated parts, and showing the overall lengths of the run segments; demonstrate that the replacement line meets the like materials and location requirements of the Stipulation. 6. In Panel Schedule, combine two lamp circuits into one circuit to conform with the One-Line Diagram, Electrical Service, and approved plans for T10EL01286. 7. In Panel Schedule, revise load per lamp to account for ballast input (477 v-a per lamp as in recent and past submittals/approved plans), and adjust total v-a accordingly 8. In Panel Schedule, revise timer clock control circuit v-a to more accurately reflect actual load (6 v-a has been used on other recent submittals), and adjust total v-a accordingly. |
