Verify the estimated cost for the project, the application indicates $50,000.00 which appears to be low based on the submitted drawings. 2. Clarify if the interior design drawings that were previously prepared were done so under the supervision of the licensed architect or indicate they are for reference only. These drawings are not stamped but are in the index on the title page. 3. Add to the list of codes in the project information on sheet A0.0 the ICC A117.1-2009 for accessibility requirements. 4. Coordinate the sheet index on sheet A0.0 as well as ID0.1, sheets ID2.2 and ID3.7 are not listed in the index and sheet ID3.2 in index but not provided. 5. Indicate In the project information on sheet A0.0 that the building is fully sprinklered as indicated in the reference set and if a fire alarm is present. Clarify if any changes will be required to the fire sprinkler due to the wall reconfiguration. 6. Provide an occupancy count for the building that is in compliance with the 2018 IBC, the referenced set is form the 2000 IBC and has a different code reference section. (It is understood that no existing is being modified however this is general building information for the set along with the construction type and occupancy classification). 7. Show the required fire ratings on the drawings such as the stair enclosures, common hallways and rated floors. 2018 IBC 707.3. 8. Note on the drawings that any openings, existing or new within the fire rated barrier will be filled to match or exceed the fire rating of the wall. 2018 IBC 714. 9. It is unknown if the new shower niches indicated are to be installed in any fire rated walls on the second-floor hallway. Provide notes on any required protection if these are rated walls. 10. Update the required number of plumbing fixtures for the project on sheet A0.0, the modifications will eliminate several fixtures. No required plumbing fixture count was found on the reference sheets for comparison. 11. Provide enlarged floor plans for the coffee area, pantry and second floor bathroom. Include dimensions and show the required turning radius, all fixture floor clearances, and permanently mounted accessories that meet the requirements of the ICC- A117.1-2009. 12. Provide accessibility details for the new shower stall on sheet A1.3 and indicate accessibility details not just ADA. 13. Provide elevations with dimensions for accessibility for the coffee area and the pantry. 14. Provide a door schedule and hardware schedule for the project for the new doors. Include a header and threshold detail and details for the new sliding barn door. 15. Provide details for the new motorized shade to be installed at the coffee bar. 16. Provide construction details for the new dropped ceiling to be installed in the coffee bar area. 17.
