1. Show the required clear floor space on the enlarged bathroom plan. Include the sink, water closet, and show the location of the accessories (towel dispenser, soap dispenser, towel hooks) on the plan. The sink clear space is indicated in the details on sheet A6 however the detail does not indicate the clear floor space for the water closet, only a 48” in front of the fixture.
2. The sink at the wine display does not appear to allow a wheelchair to enter and properly turn to access the sink. The 90-degree right turn would require additional floor space in accordance with 304.3. It is unknown if the countertop is to include knee and toe space for turning, or if the bar table bust be smaller in length to allow for additional space on the left side to access the sinks parallel approach. Provide an elevation of the area and include the heights of the sink cabinet and wine display on the drawings.

1. Provide details showing how the ductwork will be provided for the exhaust inlets for the manicure and pedicure stations on the drawings. Exhaust inlets shall be within 12” horizontally and vertically from the point of chemical application. The detail on sheet A4 and the keynote 1 on sheet M1 does not clearly indicate how the required venting locations will be met for all nail stations. The exhaust inlets for the pedicure stations appear to be in the wall about 5 feet from the point of application. 2018 IMC 502.20.
