Generator 225A circuit breaker for 150Hp fire pump looks small ie may trip under inrush currents. Typically, Circuit Breakers are 1.5-2.5 X the size of FLA. Panel schedule on E6.04 has CB at 250 amps, which could also be upsized. Keynote 17 doesn’t seem to point to correct item.
