1. Records show no inspections were performed or approved and a permit in Expired Status, for the PV project installed in the year 2012 for this building. Please clarify.

2. The number of PV modules has changed from the original 924 modules to 770 new replaced modules. Please show on the plan any changes required for the module racking modifications.

3 . The feeders between the PV interconnection and the new ‘400A AC ACCUMULATION PANEL’ are undersized for the 400A OCPD(s) that protect the conductors. NEC 240.4, 310.15(B)(16).

4. The existing 2000 amp service is equipped with Ground Fault Protection via the 2000 amp main breaker. The NEC requires the PV Interconnection to be a Supply Side Tap. The exception allows a ‘Load Side Interconnection, provided he 400 amp PV Back fed breaker be equipped with Ground Fault Interrupting capability per NEC 705.32. The “Designed Interconnection” does not meet the requirements of 705.12(B)(2) as stated due to the requirements of NEC 705.32.

5. Indicate on the plans the equipment utilized as the Rapid Shutdown Initiation Device and apply the Warning label #18 to it as required per NEC 690.12, 690.56.
6. Indicate the fuse ratings in the DG Disconnect Switch.
