A Residential Care Services, Adult Care or Physical and Behavioral Health Services: Maximum 10 Residents is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.J. 2.a, 3.a, 4. 1. COMMENT: Based on submitted plans, aerial photos and Pima County Assessor’s information there has been a second dwelling unit added in what appears to be a carport area along the east side of the dwelling and a porch enclosed to a room along the north side of the house. Zoning was not able to find approve permit documents for these. Provide approved permit documents with the next submittal or include these changes in this plan.
