1. On the site plan, show the parking for this establishment to include the handicap stalls/striped accessible route & SIGN, bicycle rack, delivery/loading/unloading stall and please do make sure to show your parking calculation. Show the landscaping that you indicated to remain.
2. On the Architectural Floor Plan and the Equipment /Power Plan, locate/identify the grease trap location to match the Plumbing Waste Floor Plan.
3. In your code analysis, you indicate that sprinkler system is not required. The majority of this space is a commercial cooking operation/kitchen. I understand that an Ansul will be installed with the hood of roughly 50 sf in area, what are you to do with the rest of the kitchen 600 sf in area. Please submit evidence why sprinkler would not be required.
4. SIGN ON SEPARATE PERMIT. ENSURE TO INSTALL TIMER AND PROVIDE ELECTRIC POWER SLOT IN YOUR PANEL SCHEDULE.
5. Electrical work related to installation of Emergency Lights, Lighted Signs, Audible Fire Alarm shall also be included in this package as part of the electrical review.

05/15/2023 Commercial Plumbing REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. Tucson Water limits 5/8” water meters to maximum demand of 20-GPM. Show that the installation of the new plumbing fixtures when combined with the existing plumbing fixtures will not cause the demand to exceed the allowable limit. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
2. Correct the tag for the stock pot (P3/Gas Diagram). Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
3. Revise the size of the natural gas pipe serving water heater WH-1 per Table 402.4 (2). Reference: Section 402.4, IFGC 2018.
4. Per Table 402.4 (2), IFGC 2018, a 2” pipe can deliver only 704 CFH with a 0.5”WG drop at a developed length of 250 feet. You show one 2” branch delivering 747 CFH and a subsequent section of pipe delivering 777 CFH.
