Please indicate on your drawing as to this product proposed to be used and submit the product catalogue cut and specifications. Make sure to submit with it the color and material being used.
NOTE: Should structural parts such as the roof sheathing, rafter, etc are being replaced because of the age of the roof or damaged, this information must be included in this permit.
