COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Protective Service (government owned and operated only) is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.F.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0423-00198 , the building plan height, and square footage are not consistent with the approved the Development Package. The approved DP shows a Total Building Area of 52,840 (44,120 sf gross), and a Building Height of 26 feet with a maximum wall height of 30 feet.

The building plans show a maximum building height of 32 feet and a total square footage of 56,252 gross square feet.

The building plans will have to match what is shown on the approved Development Package or a revision to the Development Package will be required.
