1. Several comments have not been resolved and do not comply with the prescriptive and performance requirements of the adopted building codes of the City of Tucson. This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). Protective Service (government owned and operated only) is a permitted use in the zone, (Table 4.8-2), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.13.F.

1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plan for compliance with TD-DEV-0423-00198 , Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP is approved.
2.COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal as it relates to the zoning review purview and compare the building plan footprint, building height, and square footage and location to ensure consistency with the DP.
