The ventilation rate is to be based on Table 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024, or an approved engineering analysis of the specific occupancy type. Provide calculations to verify that adequate ventilation will be provided for the occupied spaces (e.g., therapy office, therapy kitchen, therapy gym, therapy storge, dining, and halls). Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024. 2. Show that the operation of the ventilation system is capable of supplying the outdoor airflow rate required by Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024 into the breathing zone of each occupiable space. Reference: Section 403.3.1.1, IMC 2024. 3. Notes on sheet A201 require the existing HVAC system to be rebalanced “…as required for the new wall layout, no new mechanical work.” Show how this is possible given the current arrangement of supply and return diffusers and grilles.
