These spaces are required to meet the requirement of NEC 517. See NEC 517.1, “This article applies to electrical construction and installation criteria in health care facilities that provide services to human beings.” b. The wiring and electrical equipment in the examining rooms and other patient care areas within the office suite are subject to the requirements of Article 517. 2. Provide a clear list of services provided in these ‘examination rooms’ and the ‘triage’ room. Include any state licensing information associated with this installation. |
