Should this structure be an FBB (Factory Built Structure), the State of Arizona regulates these type structures. b. Please contact the State of Arizona Department of Housing and inquire about their Factory Built Building Installation Permit as well as their Installation Plan Review Approval. c. Please contact the State of Arizona Factory Built Buildings using the contact info within this following website Contact Us | Department of Housing. d. One the state approved, submit the State approved/sealed/dated documents/drawings by uploading it with your response to these comments into your building permit record via the city’s online website. (Note, should the state declines to process…. Please submit the state’s refusal letter containing their letter head allowing the city to process). 2. ON SITE BUILT STRUCTURE a. This structure appears in city aerial maps in 2016. The issue however, is there are not building permits before or after 2016 for this structure. b. Please submit a complete set of As-Built drawings that include: i. Architectural (includes a complete Code Analysis, occupant load calculation, exit width calculation/egress plan, minimum required plumbing fixture calculation, is it sprinklered/not sprinklered, is it alarmed/not alarmed, description of use/what building is being used, etc.) ii. Mechanical iii. Electrical iv. Plumbing v. Structural vi. Geotech vii. NOTE: all of the above drawings are to be sealed/signed/dated by State of Arizona licensed professionals for each discipline. 3. Provide as-built electrical plans that show compliance with the relevant IEBC chapter 10, and NEC. 2. Electrical floor plan that shows the location of all new, modified and existing electrical work. 3. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel, Per NEC 220.40. 4. Provide a panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed or existing. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. Include panel bus rating and A.I.C. rating. IBC 107.1. 5. Designate the circuit number on the electrical plans, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each, new or modified light fixture, receptacle, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. IBC 107.1. 6. Show any lighting fixtures being added for both interior and exterior egress and exit lights. Additional comments may be forthcoming with complete electrical plans. |
