Please provide an existing/demolition floor plan so we can determine the amount of work/reconfiguration taking place with this tenant improvement. 2. Please review the stated project valuation of $0.00. Based on the adopted fee schedule, the project square footage, and classification as a Level 2 Alteration (alteration area less than 50% of the building), or a Level 3 Alteration (alterations where the work area exceeds 50% of the building area), the value derived from the default calculation is much higher than what was specified on the permit application. Please provide a copy of the construction contract or detailed estimates to verify the project valuation. If additional information is not provided, the permit fees will be assessed based on the calculated valuation in accordance with IBC 109.3 and the adopted fee schedule. 3. IEBC 306.7 requires that accessibility be provided to the altered spaces. Where the existing path of travel elements, which entails a primary entrance, a primary path of travel, sanitary facilities serving the area, a drinking fountain, and signs. Otherwise, accessibility upgrades shall be required in accordance with IEBC.306.7. 1. If the cost of providing or upgrading the items above to be accessible is disproportionate to the cost of construction (exceeds 20% of the cost of construction not including accessibility upgrades), please provide information to verify construction costs.
