1. Modifications to the listed service gear and bus-bar must be re-certified, by an independent and approved testing agency, per its original listing, NEC 110.3(A)-(C). See also NEC 110.21(A)(2) for additional marking requirements. You will need to provide the re-certification certificate prior to final inspections.
2. Reference sheets PV E1.2(Conductor & Conduit Schedule) and PV E2.1 (AC Conductor Schedule).
a. Conductor Tag ‘B’ (PV E1.2) should be listed as two different rows (perhaps B1 & B2) to show the correct sizes for the outputs of DC combiner 3 (#6) and DC combiner 4(#4). This would be consistent with the DC3.* and DC4.* conductor sizing on PV E2.1.
b. Rename the ‘AC Conductor Schedule’ that contains the DC circuits DC3.* and DC4.* to reflect that this is a DC circuit and not AC.
c. Conductor Tag ‘C’ (PV E1.2) is missing the conductor sizing. Pease update to include the correct sized conductor.
d. Conductor Tag ‘C’ (PV E1.2) is shown with type XLPE or NHH insulation type conductors, but Conductor Tag ‘AC1.3’ and ‘AC1.4’ (PV E2.1) shows insulation type THWN. Please correct and show consistent information between tables.
