1. One commercial addition/alterations permit required per unit (you will need three permits total)
2. Unit 5306, will need a basic floor plan showing the location of the fire and an inspection report, (At minimum, you will need to submit a letter or inspection report showing that the electrical is safe and no work is required. )
3. Use this permit for one of the units, you will just need to remove the two extra units from this permit by submitted a request change of address; How to submit a Change of Address:
