The installation or replacement of a boiler in Arizona requires a Certificate Inspection from the Industrial Commission of Arizona. The City of Tucson will provide a permit for the installation of the utilities that support the boiler (e.g. fuel, power, drains, etc.) but the installation, clearances, and special egress requirements for the boiler itself are controlled by the Industrial Commission of Arizona. You can start the process of obtaining a Certificate Inspection process by going to https://www.azica.gov/forms/adosh-boiler-boiler-and-pressure-vessel-new-install-reinstall-form |
