Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. Sheet G-000: Please update the list of applicable Governing Codes as we recently (1/02/2026) adopted the following code editions. 2024 International Building Code (IBC) 2024 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) 2017 ICC A117.1 Accessibility Code (by reference) 2024 International Mechanical Code (IMC) 2024 International Plumbing Code (IPC) 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC) 2024 International Fire Code (IFC) 2024 International Fuel Gas (IFGC) 2018 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code Local Amendments to Above Codes (www.tucsonaz.gov/pdsd/building-codes ) A list of the year and name of the adopted applicable codes from the adopting ordinance. IBC 107.2.1 2. Sheet G-000: Please provide a list that includes all the drawing sheets in this permit’s scope and list/provide all the drawings sheets for this project. IBC 107.2.1 For example; Sheet(s) G-100, E202, E302, P103, are in the plan set but not listed in the Sheet Index, and Sheets(s) A-100, are listed in the Sheet Index but not included in the plan set. 3. Sheet A-000: Please amend the plans to show at least one of each type of exercise machine and equipment shall be on an accessible route. Exercise machines and equipment shall have a clear floor space positioned for transfer or for use by an individual seated in a wheelchair. Show the clear floor spaces required at exercise machines and equipment on the plans. Please note; the clear floor spaces and shall be permitted to overlap. IBC 1111.4.10, 2017 ICCA117.1 1004.2 4. Please amend the plans to print the assembly details for partition type 1A6A UL U419 directly on the construction documents as some listing use proprietary materials. IBC Sections 107.2.1 and 703.3. 5. Please amend the plans to show that all through-penetrations, membrane penetrations and joints of fire-resistance-rated assemblies are protected with approved firestopping systems. Provide detail drawings on the plans identifying the specific UL-listed (or equivalent) firestopping systems for pipe, conduit, and duct penetrations through rated walls, floors, and ceilings (e.g., putty pads, firestop sealants, collars, or sleeves, as applicable).
