For any work to a public sidewalk, you will need to obtain a RIGHT-OF-WAY permit. The permit I located, TR-ROW-0226-00233, has a description of work of "Remove and replace sidewalk. **retaining wall will require a PDSD permit as it is on private property**" and I assumed this permit was to repair the sidewalk. If this is not the case, any work to a public sidewalk will require a RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT. |
