Your description states "Remove a FALLING DOWN old retaining wall and remove cracked and damaged sidewalk which is held up by retaining wall and replace. NO NEW OR ADDITIONAL WALL OR FENCE is proposed. THIS IS A SAFETY REPAR." I do see you already have a right if way permit to repair the sidewalk, TR-ROW-0226-00233, so this scope of work should not be part of your description. You also state no new or additional wall or fence, but your plans state, " new retaing wall to be built per this design." Please submit a comment response letter to address these issues and clarify your scope of work. Also note that if you are not rebuilding the wall/fence, you will need to withdraw this permit and apply for a demolition permit. This is the correct permit type if you are going to remove the existing wall and rebuild it.
