Sheet A5: Please amend the interior elevations to show height of water closet seats shall be 17 inches minimum and 19 inches maximum above the floor, measured to the top of the seat. 2009 ICC A117.1 604.4 4. Sheet A5: Please amend the plans to provide a plan view drawing of the water closet showing the centerline of the water closet 16 inches minimum and 18 inches maximum from the side wall or partition. 2009 ICC A117.1 604.2 5.
