4. Clarify how the storm water from the primary roof drain is routed to the sidewalk scupper.

Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Outdoor Lighting Review:

1. Provide an outdoor lighting plan that meets the requirements of OLC 104.2. Show/locate the different light sources on your site plan. Number the light fixtures on your table and use the same number on your site plan
2. Full cut-off lighting, installed under canopies, roof overhangs or eaves, are exempt from Lumen Calculation.
3. Show compliance with City of Tucson Outdoor Lighting Code with an approved lighting calculation in accordance with OLC 3.1.2. Include all exterior fixtures on the property in the calculations. Show unshielded fixtures with a maximum of 3,000 lumens, OLC 401.4. Show lamps with a maximum of 3500K color temperature, OLC 402.1.
4. Show compliance with total outdoor light output per 2012 City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code section 401.2. Total outdoor light output shall not exceed the lumen limits listed in Table 401.1. 4. E1.1 – Lighting Code section 104.2.2.
5. Submit catalogue or specification sheets of all proposed new outdoor lighting fixtures illustrating the type of fixture, color temperature, lumens rating and whether full cut-off or unshielded.

6. Indicate whether or not a special inspection is required per sec. 104.2.2, and 106.2.

7. Specify any exceptions used.

8. Provide Curfew lighting controls If applicable Per section 403.

COMMENTS: Resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). General Merchandise Sales is an approved use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4), subject to Use Specific Standard 4.9.9.B.1.

1. Based on aerial photos there are numerous storage containers on site. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for these containers. Either 1) provide an approved site/development package showing these containers, 2) submit a development package meeting the requirements of AM Section 20-6 for review, or 3) provide photos that clearly show that all unpermitted structures have been removed from site.
