Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. NOTE: On 4/16/25 the City of Tucson spoke with Andre Plaisted of A&D Designs llc regarding the Manua J. Mr. Plaisted informed the city that he is not familiar with such a document and provided Mike’s phone number from Goodfellas Air Conditioning Inc. to obtain such an information. 2. On 4/16/25, we called and spoke with Mike regarding the following: a. The Manual J was submitted as part of the submittal. Within the Design Information page, it identifies the required Sensible Cooling as 12,930 Btuh. b. The Manual S was also submitted. It identifies the chosen manufacturer as GE and Model being AJHQ08AWH. i. However, it indicates the Sensible capacity of the unit as 0 Btuh. ii. It indicates the Latent capacity of the unit as 0 Btuh. iii. It indicates the Total Capacity of the unit as 0 Btuh. iv. Therefore, the City of Tucson cannot approve this building permit since the unit capacity is not provided. c. NOTE: Mike indicated during our phone conversation that he will call back and will provide the required information. This did not occur. d. Please submit the Extended Rating Table information on the chosen unit. This will allow the city to ascertain whether the chosen unit will provide the required heating and cooling. 3.
