Resubmit revised drawings with a detailed response letter stating how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the R-3 zone (UDC 4.7.12). A multifamily is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6.

1. This comment was not addressed. Until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plans. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with development package (DP) TD- TD-DEV-1124-00311 and although the plans appear to be in compliance until the DP is approved by all review agencies Zoning cannot approve the building plan.
