This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A Religious Use & Educational Use: Elementary & Secondary are permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.3.D.1-7. 1. This comment was not addressed. Zoning was not able to find a separate submittal for the required DP. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A Development Package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites is required to be submitted and approved. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
