Should the above not followed, it may delay your approval. COMMENTS: 1. NOTE: this project is in building 1. However, there are multiple dwelling units within this building, please provide the dwelling suite number. Correct both the permit record address and the address on the drawings. NOTE: the suite number shows up in the permit description, however the building permit address does not include the suite number and the drawings title block does not include the suite number. 2. The Site Plan identifies the New Work Area as located in 2204 E Fort Lowell Rd. Per your drawing title block, this is at 2230 E Fort Lowell Rd. Please correct the Site Plan to reflect the correct building and the dwelling suite location. Place the cloud right on the suite location. 3. FIRE DAMAGE REPORT: a. Provide a fire damage report done by an Arizona licensed Structural Engineer or an Architect. i. Provide information as to the extent of the fire damage. ii. Identify what can be kept remaining as existing. iii. Identify what must be demolished/removed/replaced. iv. Identify what can be repaired. v. Are trusses or roof joist damaged by the fire, if so what is the recommended structural fix. vi. Are walls damaged to the point where the whole wall section must be removed and replace. If so, identify this on the floor plan. vii. Provide suggested solutions and fixes via drawings and structural calculations if needed. b. Correct drawings corresponding to the items on the fire damage report. c. Provide detail drawings such as the wall replacement at the shower, detail wall drawing at the furred wall, if party walls are damaged and needing repair… provide drawings that illustrate what is being installed to comply to the fire rating requirement from floor to underside of the roof sheathing. d. Are the bathroom and kitchen cabinets being removed and replaced, please indicate this on your drawings. e. Are the kitchen appliances being replaced. Notate this on your drawings. f. We understand that windows and doors are existing. Does this include interior doors. Are any of them being replaced as a result of the fire damage. g. Are the alarm system damaged. Show on your drawing if any of the smoke detectors are being replaced (show on your drawings by labeling them and their location and their status). 4. Please resubmit. |

Show the location of the panel on the Electrical Plan with clear working space compliance, 2017 NEC 110.26(A). 2. Per NEC 210.11(C)(1) & NEC 210.52(B) provide a minimum of two 20 amp circuits to serve all wall and floor receptacle outlets in the kitchen, pantry, breakfast area, dining area or similar area & per NEC 210.8(A) shall be GFCI. Electrical plans only show one. 3. Per E3901.2.1 receptacles shall be installed no further than 6’ from openings and no further than 12’ apart along the wall floor lines. (Entry/Living Room).
