Provide new and updated panel schedules, showing the circuits that are being modified, added or removed. NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 2. Designate the circuit number, that corresponds to the panel schedule, at the location of each new or modified light fixture, receptacle, appliance, and equipment disconnect switch, NEC arts;300 and 408.4. 3. Provide electrical load calculations, for the Main Service Panel and any Sub-panels, Per NEC 220.40. 4. A signature and date are required as part of the Registrant Seal (Electrical). Section R4-30-304 of the Rules of the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration, states that in addition to signing the seal, the registrant shall include the date the document was sealed. >>>The Seal is missing the date signed.
