Both Adult Care Service and Physical and Behavioral Health Service uses are permitted in the R-1 zone, subject to use-specific standards 4.9.7.J.2.a, .3.a, and .4. 2. Per Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Table 7.4.4-1, four motor vehicle parking spaces are required for Residential Care Services uses with six to ten residents. Show the four required motor vehicle parking spaces on the site plan. Up to 50% of the parking required may be on-street parking if located on the same side of the street as the use and does not extend beyond the street frontage of the subject property (UDC 7.4.5.C).
