COMMENT: There is no permit history for any of the uses shown on the site. 5. COMMENT: Due to Comment 3 and 4 a Development Package process will be required to due to the unpermitted structures, and uses on the site. Additionally, separate building permits will be required for the unpermitted structures on the site. This permit, and building permits for the unpermitted structures on the site will not be approved until a Development Package process has been applied for and approved.
