The 12-meter pack replacement can be on one permit, but each addressed unit must be listed on the provided plans. Provide an updated site plan showing each addressed unit associated with the meter pack. 2. You will need to submit an address change request through the TDC Portal and request that each addressed unit to be listed on the permit.
