Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Update the exit plan to include the travel distance to the exits from the remote point of the room including the warehouse. The travel distance shall be along the natural and unobstructed path (around any racking or permanently installed fixtures). 2018 IBC 1017.3. 2. Provide a floor plan for the existing building to the south adjacent to the new door openings. It is unknown if this is opening into an existing warehouse area or something else. 3. Add to the list of applicable code on sheet A0.0 the City of Tucson/ Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code. 4. Indicate in the code review notes sheet A0.0 if the existing buildings (both) contain automatic fire sprinklers and fire alarms. The plumbing and mechanical sheets indicate modifications to the fire sprinkler will be provided under a differed submittal however sheet A0.0 indicates no differed submittals. Coordinate the drawings. 5. Note on the drawings that fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with 2018 IFC section 906.2. 6. Note 6 on the demolition plan D1.0 indicates for existing partitions to be removed. Shown the existing partitions, plumbing fixtures, built in millwork and such that is the be removed on the drawings. 7. Provide dimensions for the bathrooms and adjacent hall on the drawings. No dimensions could be found on the main floor plan nor the enlarged plan. 8. Relocate the paper towel dispenser in the men’s room, it is shown to be in the required door clearance. ICC A117.1- 2009 Fig 404.2.3.2. 9. Provide accessibility elevation heights for the cabinet and the sink, as well as the sinks required floor clearance for the new breakroom that is in compliance with ICC A117.1- 2009. 10. Update the details on sheet A5.0 to include compliance with the ICC A117.1- 2009. 11. Indicate the location of the existing drinking fountains on the floor plans or show where the point of use water cooler or dispenser will be located. There is a drinking fountain detail on sheet A5.0 however it could not be mound. 2018 IPC 410.1 amendment. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Approved PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). This occupancy type/load B 84 requires 2 womens toilets & 2 womens lavs - IPC 403.1 ( mens restroom is correct) - update all affected pages 2).
