Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Refer to Mechanical Drawings M1.0 and M2.0. The Drawing M1.0 shows a condenser unit is being added to the existing roof of the building. The Drawing M2.0 shows the weight of the condenser unit as 250 pounds. Verify the adequacy of the existing roof to support the additional load of the condenser unit. Submit Structural Calculations supporting your response. 2. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Sheet TS-1: The occupant load for business are of the project is calculated incorrectly. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation in accordance with Table 1004.5. 2. Sheet TS-1: It appears that the seating in the waiting room is not fixed seating. This area is considered an assembly area. Provide a corrected occupant load calculation in accordance with Table 1004.5. 3. Sheet A1.0 and A1.1: The corridor walls are required to be rated. Provide a listed assembly that is rated properly for the corridor walls in accordance with Table 1020.1. 4. Sheet A1.0 and A1.1: The door in the corridor walls are not rated properly. Provide properly rated doors in accordance with Table 716.1(2). MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved Approved/subject to field approval ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Approved PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Plan pages P1.1 , P1.2, & P3.1 missing the required High/Low drinking fountain as shown on A1.1 -IPC 403.1 2). Add Vacuum & compressed air piping materials to plan page MP1.0 -NFPA99 Chapter 15 3). The med gas closet doors on plan pages P1.3 & A3.0 need to have their doors labeled according to NFPA99 15.4.2.2.8 4). Vacuum exhaust piping on plan page P2.2 can't be CPVC -NFPA99 5.1.3.7.7.6 5). Med Gas storage room on plan pages M1.0 & P1.3 need to be ventilated according to NFPA99 SECTIONS 5.1.3.3.3.1, 9.3.6.5.2, 9.3.6.5.2.5 6). This occupancy type & load B 71 requires 4 toilets, only 3 shown - IPC 403.1, update all affected pages.
