Section 2902 IBC Required Minimum Plumbing Fixtures. Water Fountain is required and is mentioned in the cover sheet as provided. I don't see it on your drawing, please identify and label it on your drawing. If it does not exist, please install and show on your drawing. 3. Fire Sprinkler is required and processed as a separate permit. Submit the drawings to the Fire Department for review and approval. Electrical work related to installation of Emergency Lights, Lighted Signs, Audible Fire Alarm shall also be reviewed as part of the submittal. They will conduct inspection, their approval will be required prior to issuing Certificate of Occupancy. 3. Please re-submit. |
