STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved The drawings indicate this permit is for the interior remodel of an existing shell building. No new structural work has been included as part of this submittal. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Correct the list of applicable codes to indicate the 2018 International Plumbing Code and add 2018 International Fuel Gas Code and the City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code to the list. 2. Exit door #3 is shown to exit into a fenced area with only one side open for egress. The depth of the enclosed area is unknown and if the door swing will impede the egress out of the area. The doors when fully opened may not reduce the required corridor width by more than 7”. 2018 IBC 1005.7.1. Clarify the width of this area and indicate if the door will be fully opened to allow for proper clearance or if the door must swing out in the opposite direction. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Approved ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied Provide lighting calculations to show that the new exterior building lighting will be in compliance with the City of Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1).. Per Tucson Plumbing code amendments a hydromechanical grease interceptor can't be used when receiving discharge from more than 4 fixtures and or a dishwasher ( Hobart LXeR).
