Existing developments undergoing a change of use, building or structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building require submittal of a development package meeting the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06.0.0 (UDC 3.3.3.G.2.c). The development package is a separate submittal and shall be applied for on the Tucson Development Center Online under application type “Development Package.” The development package shall also be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to Zoning approval of this building permit.
