Modifications to the exterior require review by the Plans Review Subcommittee (PRS). These plans do not appear to be updated based on previous comments from 6/22/23 which include: 1) Provide more information on the sliding doors proposed for the front façade and the east side. It would be helpful to have product detail on them. Plans said to refer to the specifications but nothing was provided; 2) Provide more information on the shade structure such as the color/finish and the attachment information; 3) Provide information on the material/design of the front and side doors; and 4) Indicate if the windows on the east façade are proposed to be fixed. Based on their dimensions, they were originally double hung. Consider installing a window that looks like a double hung. It could be inoperable. Once staff receives a complete submittal, the review can be docketed on a PRS agenda. |
