Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: APPROVED BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: DENIED 1. Provide a square foot calculation for the total area of the tenant space to be remodeled as part of this submittal only the overall sf was found on sheet G1.2. 2. Add to the list of applicable code on sheet G1.2 the following: City of Tucson/ Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code and 2009 ICC A117.1- 2009 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. 3. Note on the drawings that any openings, existing or new within a fire rated barrier will be filled to match or exceed the fire rating of the wall. 2018 IBC 714. 4. Identify what the hardware type 01 on the door schedule sheet A2.1 represents such as lever handle locking, etc. 5. Note on sheet A2.1 all interior finishes to be class C or better in accordance with 2018 IOBC 803.13. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: APPROVED ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS DENIED 1. Indicate on the drawing that the lighting changes are less than 10 % of the luminaires in a space, and that the alterations do not increase to installed interior lighting power 2018 IECC C503.6 exception. If the remodel exceeds this exception, provide an interior lighting COMcheck or other approved methodology for the project for the new proposed lighting that is in compliance with the 2018 IECC. 2. Indicate on the drawings that the new exterior lighting on the patios will be in compliance with the Tucson/ Pima county ordinance. 3. Show all exit signs on the lighting plan sheet E3.1, it does not match the life safety plan and it appears that there may be some exit signs not shown. Coordinate the drawings.
