06/01/2023 Commercial Electrical REQUIRES RESUBMIT Please address the following electrical review comments and provide a written response.

1 Identify the buildings associated with the rooftop PV arrays on all the plans.

2 It appears there are a total of 3 PV arrays on the larger Building roof. 2 arrays identified as ‘MP01’ ‘MP02’ associated with the larger building electrical service PV interconnection (Permit # TC-COM-0323-00825), and the third array on the same roof associated with the Main Office electrical service PV interconnection identified as ‘MP01’ (Permit # TC-COM-0323-00826). For clarity, please do not have multiple arrays on a single building that are associated with different service interconnections on the premises with the same Nomenclature. For example; maybe call the 3rd array ‘MP03’. Also, for clarity, Identify or label the PV equipment and the PV Dedicated Overcurrent Device utilized for the PV Interconnection so as to associate it with the corresponding PV system, NEC 690.56, 705.10.

3 Identify the Existing electrical service with the associated building served on the electrical line diagrams.

4 Provide for the grounding requirements of the Main Office array that is installed on the larger building, bond to the larger building Grounding Electrode System as required per NEC 690.47.

5 This is a commercial project. Remove all references and calculations associated with the IRC and revise to comply with the 2017 NEC.

Due to the configuration of the PV design incorporating multiple arrays on a single building roof and the nature of the review comments. Additional comments may be generated at the subsequent review.
