STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS:
Denied
1) The patio area is shown differently on the plans. Need the structural plans and elevation views.
2) Show the door sizes of all of the new, existing, and relocated doors.
3) The toilet room doors do not have the required maneuvering clearances per ICC A117.1 section 404.2.3 and 404.2.3.5.
4) The plumbing and HVAC drawings do not match the design shown on the floor plans. The washer and dryer are in a small closet along with a mop sink.
5) Detail location of HVAC equipment above ceiling, drain pans, condensate drains, support, etc. above the new ceiling (elevation section).
