You have an existing office, reflect this in your code analysis's Load Calculation. I see Storage spaces, please reflect this in your Load Calculation.
2. If you are providing a whole retail complex occupant load calculation, please label it a such. Provide a site plan that shows what buildings/parcels are included, show the parking stalls as well as the handicap stalls, the striped routes, the bicycle racks, etc. If you are using some type of exemptions, please indicate so and identify it.
3. Provide a Floor Plan showing the 3 contiguous spaces reflecting the sitting/furniture configuration matching your code analysis (do make sure to identify which seats and counters are handicap accessible). Do make sure to show the location of the 20 outdoor sitting.
4. Provide a Plan showing the 3 contiguous spaces reflecting the equipment locations.
5. Provide a Reflected Ceiling Plan showing the 3 contiguous spaces.
6. Please re-submit.

This site is located in C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20), Food Service & General Merchandise Sales are permitted uses in the zone, subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O & 4.9.9.B.3.

1. The provided address 2516 E 6th St. is located on the south side of 6th St but the provided site plan shows the project location on the north side of the street.

2. As this TI appears to be an expansion of an existing food service clarify what the seating area shown within the western most floor plan will be used for. If any food service is proposed updated vehicle parking calculation that clearly demonstrates that the site still meets the requirements of a shopping center, reference DP17-0262.
