1. Floor Plan sheet: I wanted to affix my seal of approval, however the door opening drawings showing the header details, etc. are now missing. Please put back those drawings from your previous drawings. You might as well paste your structural calculations on the same page (approve two birds with one stone).
2. Please address the hazardous condition at the door opening (floor elevation drop at this opening).
3. Tumerico Cafe customers would have access to the 5 tables and 20 chairs. Pease resolve this related issue to Nick Ross's comments of Zoning.

This site is located in C-1 zone (UDC 4.7.20), Food Service & General Merchandise Sales are permitted uses in the zone, subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O & 4.9.9.B.3.
It is unclear based on the Comment Response Letter and the revised floorplan if there is still a proposed opening between the existing Tumerico food service use and the new market area. If the opening is still being pursued, please provide an updated vehicle parking calculation that clearly demonstrates that the site still meets the requirements of a shopping center, reference DP17-0262.
