Provide additional documents as requested by review staff. STRUCTURAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Refer to Mechanical Drawing M1.01. The Overall Plan – HVAC shows RTU’s RTU-1 thru RTU-17 weighing up to 2,500 pounds per drawing M2.01. Check the adequacy of existing roof members to support these loads. Submit Structural Calculations verifying that. 2. All Calculations shall be sealed and signed by Professional Engineer registered with State of Arizona per Section 107.1 of International Building Code 2018. 3. Refer to Drawing M3.01, Inline Fan Mounting Detail. Verify if any reinforcing is needed to the Steel Joists since the Steel Joists are incapable of supporting any off panel point loadings. Submit a response letter addressing these correction items and provide bubbles on the revisions to the drawings. BUILDING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Sheet A0.0: The plumbing fixture calculations state that "actual" occupant load will be used for the plumbing fixture calculations. This method is not permitted. Provide correct plumbing fixture calculations in accordance with Section 403.1.1. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied 1. Provide duct smoke detectors for RTU 1-3 and note it on schedule sheet M2.01 (IMC2015,606.2.1) 2. Provide ventilation calculations (IMC2018,403.3.1.1.1) ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Denied E1.01 Overall/Enlarged - Lighting Plans: Need to provide calculations for new interior lighting to show IECC compliance. Comcheck software is typically used, but Tucson also accepts hand calculations. Comment only, H2A-5 circuit used twice on Detail 2. E2.01 Overall/Enlarged - Power Plans: Need Duct detectors for units over warehouse storage racks. PLUMBING REVIEW COMMENTS: Denied First Plumbing Review: 1). Need to address Bldg. plan review comment # 1 -IPC 403.1 2). Dual Lavatories on Plan page A2.2 detail #5 need to have 30" separation -IPC 405.3.1 3). CB-125 Interceptor on plan page P1.12 needs to be vented per specs & per -IPC 1003.9 4).
