1 Review comment #1 not addressed. There are light poles still shown on the west property boundary with luminaire heights 0ver 10’ ‘SP1’ and ‘SP2’ (‘SP2’ height not shown). The concern is compliance with the OLC sections, 401.3.(1), (2), (3). No response from GLHN. Also the luminaire shown in the Light Pole Detail is not identified or pole height shown.

2 Review Comment #5 not addressed. No comment response. 5 Ref; Electrical Line Diagrams. Plan sheet E3.1 and Panel schedules. (a) Not Addressed. Plan sheets E4.1, E4.2 . Provide for signage on Panel ‘HPE’ and associated electrical service equipment indicating type and location of Emergency or Stand by power source. (b) Not Addressed. Provide signaling devices as required. NEC art 700.6, 700.7, 701.6, 701.7. (c) Not Addressed. Enlarged elevator/Pit plans. Is the Elevator Sump Pump on a 1-pole or 2-pole circuit breaker? Please clarify.The elevator sump pump power circuit and panel designation is not shown in this resubmittal. Also the branch circuits assigned to the elevator equipment and devices are not shown on the panel schedule for panel ’HPE’ except for circuits 1,3,5, and 7. All the rest are marked ‘SPARE’. Review comment ‘e’ Not Addressed. (e) Provide a Service and distribution panel schedules and identify the load served for all the Sub-Main breakers in the Electrical Service and Distribution panels downstream. For example; Which sub-main breaker feeds Panel ‘HPA’ ?. Review Comment h not addressed. h) TEP is not responsible for providing the 3- phase service secondary installations. Please provide the electrical service secondary conduit, conductor Sizes and types on the Line Diagram. Review comment (j) Not Addressed. Please recheck all Details and Enlarged plans for consistency and revise the plans as necessary.

8 Previous review comment #8 not addressed. (a) Provide LISTED COMBINATION-TYPE ARC-FAULT circuit interrupters for all 120 volt 15- and 20-amp branch circuits as required per NEC art 210.12(A). (b) Provide Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter Protection as required per NEC art 210.8 including kitchen countertop receptacles

9 Previous comment #7 j, not addressed, no response...Plan sheet E4.3 ‘Dwelling Unit Load Analysis. What is the difference between Units ‘D1’ and ‘D2’ and also ‘E1’ and ‘E2’? If different electrical/ lighting floorplan, provide an Enlarged Electrical floorplan for each. If not different indicate, this on the Enlarged Electrical plan Details.

The previous review comments were not completely addressed and more than half of the review comments were not satisfied and there was no response to help the plan reviewer work the issues out with the Registrant of record.

Be advised that additional comments may be generated at the subsequent review due to the nature of the review comments and insufficient revised plan re-submittals.
